Integral seamless forging eliminates internal pores and cracks, thick wall design withstands ultra-high working pressure. Full DN15-DN1200 stock sizes, custom wall thickness and taper length supported for thermal power engineering projects.

Alloy steel reducer (also called alloy reducing pipe) is a core seamless forged pipe fitting used to connect pipelines of different nominal diameters in high-temperature, high-pressure industrial piping systems, realizing smooth transition of fluid flow cross-section. Our factory produces full series alloy reducers divided into concentric reducer and eccentric reducer two mainstream structures, all adopting butt weld connection mode for pipeline assembly. Core raw materials are chromium-molybdenum alloy steel including 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, P11, P22, Cr5Mo, all manufactured strictly following ASME B16.9 and GB/T12459 industrial standards. After complete normalizing and tempering heat treatment, the alloy blank forms uniform stable grain structure, with outstanding high-temperature anti-oxidation and ultra-high pressure bearing capacity, able to run stably for a long time under 650℃ extreme working conditions.
