Product Overview

Stainless steel elbow is a mainstream seamless pipe fitting used to change fluid flow direction in industrial pipeline systems. Our factory produces full series stainless steel elbows, including 45°, 90°, 180° return bend, divided into long radius (1.5D) and short radius (1D) two mainstream structures, all adopt butt weld connection. Main stainless steel grades are SS304 and SS316L, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.9, GB/T12459 standards. Different from carbon steel and alloy elbows, stainless steel elbows have outstanding rust-proof, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for normal and medium temperature working environments with humid, salt fog and mild corrosive media. SS316L performs better in seawater and chloride-containing pipelines. This stainless steel elbow is widely applied in food & beverage, pharmaceutical, seawater desalination, marine, water treatment, chemical and HVAC pipeline projects.
