Qualified ASTM A105 Carbon Steel Raw Material

All raw materials are certified A105 carbon steel forgings with complete MTC material test reports. After normalizing heat treatment, the internal grain structure becomes uniform and stress-free, ensuring stable mechanical performance under long-term medium and low pressure pipeline operation.

Integral Hot Forging Craft, No Internal Hidden Defects

The whole elbow is integrally hot rolled and hot forged without secondary welding splicing. The internal metal texture is compact and wall thickness evenly distributed. Each finished product undergoes UT ultrasonic non-destructive testing to eliminate sand holes, shrinkage cavities and internal cracks, fundamentally preventing medium leakage caused by fluid impact and pipeline pressure fluctuation.

Dual Radius Design to Meet Different Pipeline Layout Needs

Long radius carbon steel elbow (1.5D) features gentle bending radian, low fluid resistance and small pipeline pressure drop, which is the first choice for main water, gas and heating trunk pipelines; short radius carbon steel elbow (1D) occupies small installation space, suitable for compact equipment layout, auxiliary pipelines and narrow construction spaces. Smooth transition bending surface effectively reduces turbulent flow and medium erosion loss.

Two Optional Anti-Rust Surface Treatments

Standard black anti-rust oil and black anti-rust paint are suitable for indoor factory pipelines to isolate air and slow down oxidation; hot-dip galvanized treatment forms a thick zinc protective film on the surface, with excellent salt spray and moisture resistance, specially used for outdoor exposed, coastal and humid pipeline laying projects.
