Product Overview

Carbon steel elbow is the most widely used cost-effective seamless pipe fitting for changing fluid flow direction in low and medium pressure industrial pipeline systems. Our factory full series carbon steel elbows adopt ASTM A105 carbon steel blanks, produced by integral hot forging, including 45°,90°,180° return bend, divided into long radius (1.5D) and short radius (1D) two mainstream structures, all adopt butt weld connection.

All products are manufactured strictly following ASME B16.9, GB/T12459 standards, after normalizing heat treatment to stabilize internal grain structure. Compared with alloy and stainless steel elbows, carbon steel elbows have obvious price advantages, stable pressure bearing capacity, suitable for normal temperature and medium temperature media such as tap water, sewage, natural gas, fuel oil and low-temperature steam.
